Unframed pieces will ship via FedEx. You will be notified via email with a tracking number when your piece ships.

As each print is custom made and signed by the artist, it will ship directly from the artist's atelier in California, USA after 4-5 business days.

If for some reason, you don't love your artwork, please get in touch with us at info@citizenatelier.com and we will do everything we can to address it. Given that the Atelier is an online marketplace and each piece is made to order, every return is dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

Framed pieces are final sale.

CUSTOM FRAMING INFORMATION

Framing Details

Citizen Atelier offers the highest quality custom framing to perfectly complement your art. Each framed piece arrives carefully packaged at your door, and ready to hang!

Framing is available for all orders within the Continental USA and Canada. We've selected beautiful hardwood frame mouldings in black and white with a matte finish. The pieces feature an acrylic plexi and protective paperback finish.

Frames add approximately on average 3” to both the width and height of the piece. The width of the frame is carefully selected to match and balance the size of the print.

Frames do not have a mat. To get a quote for frames with a mat, contact info@citizenatelier.com.

Shipping time for Framed Prints

Canada + Continental USA: Please allow an additional 10 business days for production of framed pieces and 2-5 business days for delivery. Framed pieces are delivered by FedEx.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your piece has shipped.
