Biography
Antonio Mora, a creative art director since 1995, gradually gravitated towards the more artistic realm of his profession. His work—both personal and evocative—are meant to trigger intense feelings. In the words of Georges Braque, Antonio’s work is inspired by the notion that “art is made to disturb the conscience.”
He has been developing an extensive collection of portraits in which dream worlds are superimposed with reality, creating hybrid beings of great beauty and expressive force. Having mastered the technique of digital collage using various tools such as filters, hues, saturations and gradients of opacity, Antonio’s creative process results in unified textures and the merging of two photographs.
His inspiration derives from the portraits themselves; he dives into the imagination to bring to life an image that speaks of a deeper world, and the moment between sleep and consciousness.
